趁著今天寒流就是跑者的天堂
測試4”55/k-5”05/k能撐到幾k
難得跑到30k都沒降速
30k過後速度就開始維持不住
但也沒有大失速
可惜最後2k還是小抽筋了
不過也突破多年前高樹馬的紀錄
多跑了300m,卻還小破PB5秒
已經開始期待高雄馬,希望可以也來個寒流
