柿紅心動第二屆,這次跑雪霸路線,是直上直下的山路,八月團練有跑過。今天原本很天真地想要保5(4小時59分),但事情不是憨人所想的這麼簡單......
一開始不知道是不是配速太快,沒多久就當起步兵,前幾天受傷的地方還隱隱作痛,只好很艱苦的用跑走的方式消耗完21K的上坡,折返後就輕鬆多了...
後半段剩下坡, 21-29K還可以順順的往下滑,腳也很神奇的沒再痛了。到了30K開始疲勞,速度只能放慢。36K的時候應該是我貪快沒有吃東西,竟然沒力起跑,只好慢慢拖,拖著沉重的腳步回終點。
今天很感謝阿桂與怡文姊給的蠻牛,有喝有差。第四第五補給站的啤酒也是很讚,我還拿一瓶邊邊邊喝。
