今年的最後一場超鐵在台東的高溫下結束了,能拿下M45第二名把報名費拿回來已經是現在狀態最好的表現了,三項的水準呈現穩定的下滑,能不能止跌反彈我也不知道,但是從暑假就一直維持高溫的台南,真的讓人不想外出訓練,長期待在室內訓練的舒爽環境,遇到炎熱的天氣就完全受不了,希望接下來可以有涼爽一點的天氣,至少讓今年的馬拉松不要太慘
感謝賽場上很多好友關心女兒傷勢,女兒車禍之後的傷勢也逐漸恢復中,今天開刀的傷口已經拆線,預計三個星期之後要把腳裡面的鈦釘取出來,還需要一點時間修復,但是整體是往好的方向走,醫生說年輕人骨頭恢復得快,所以也不用太擔心
同組的南投鐵人魏教練就像銅牆鐵壁一樣不讓我有靠近的機會,出T2暫居分組第三剛好是獎金榜哦最後一名,本來在確認後方沒有同組追兵之後想說慢慢跑完就好,結果發現全馬有SUB3實力的葉醫師只落後我不到2分鐘,讓我不能有絲毫鬆懈,跑步後段本來暫居M45分二的自行車老友英傑因身體不適棄賽,而後方的葉醫師也不敵高溫無法提速,所以我就晉升一名M45第二名坐收,拿回報名費5000,雖然名次上是不差,但是內行的就知道這個成績還有很多進步空間的
