今天很意外破了半馬PB,第5k的時候腳痛,一直忍到15k才把碳板鞋脫掉,脫掉碳板鞋後嚴重掉速,最後1K發現自己有可能破PB,沒想到我竟然還有力氣加速…總算在時間內完成了課表😅😅
