The good ++:
- First time I'm in the Top 10 of a race in TW! + it was 6 months since my last race, so I didn't have reference and didn't know how I should run at the beginning. It's a positive result!
- I finished better at the end than other runners and catch at least 3 other guys in the 2 last km.
The bad -- :
- I got a trouble between km 5 and km 8 with a side stitch. I had a slow tempo and couldn't be fast. Maybe my warm-up was too fast or I ate too much before. Km 5: 4:55, Km 6: 5:02, Km 7: 4:48: after km 5, I knew my race was already over...
- First km: 3:59. Too fast. A race is a long way, never really need to be too quick at the beginning! It's a thing to improve for the next races!
- I was too late and too far on the depart line. I overload at least 300/400 people in the first km. It took me off too much energy! I need to be on time next time!
At the end, I really don't know what to think about this race!
7th is a very result but my run was too inconsistent with a big cramp after km 5...
