| 第16馬 關山馬(第三日)
這是一個小型人不多的賽事 其實算是很不錯的賽事
尤其是補給 冰涼的飲品真的幫助很大啊!
BUT 就是這個BUT
除了兩圈路線要經過起點的時候實在令人崩潰之外
沒想到居然還有爬坡(好吧!我承認是我自以為是的都是平路 )
結果後半段果然爆了 右大腿抽筋
不得不放慢速度 跑跑走走的
想想其實應該是我自己LSD不夠吧
最後4:37完賽 雖然對我而言還不算差
不過實在是不滿意自己的表現啊!
