大推這場的主辦單位!水站竟然有準備汽水、冰塊和鹽錠!在台北的比賽這根本太優質了啊~而且今天又悶又熱,好在有備無患~(推)
前一週打球拉到右膝後某條筋,走起來就有種說不出哪裡怪怪的,今天跑前有先試跑了一下,跑步這動作倒沒問題,因此還是去了就當作復健跑來跑~很高興最後順利完成,無傷無痛完賽~😁
不過最後1K時被其他跑者追過,腳還是會忍不住暴衝...這點真的要修身養性一下...😅
