我的第十九馬 2016 台北星光馬(2016/6/25)
報名時就了解這將是一場悶熱的星光馬,但因為離家近及路線熟悉等等因素,也就沒猶豫的再次報名了,但自己設定的完曬目標是六分速,35K內把心率控制在160以下,主要還是擔心夏日跑馬提早發生爆掉或是抽筋的下場,雖然最後成績比原先設定目標差些,不過尚可接受,心得後補…
