破PW 了,超high的
這場狀況很多
開跑前暖身,右腳底板怪怪的,可能是跑陽明山下坡太快有影響到。
ㄧ開始狀況還正常,但在天氣悶熱的條件下前10k也不理想。
後來右腳底板開始作怪了,補給站都多有停留,30k後受不了,決定放下自尊採用走跑策略,以防傷害擴大。
LSD很久沒練了也是原因之一,但最近工作狀況不允許夜跑或下午跑,要靠晨跑了
