2024的開學馬順利完賽了
最近身體微恙,原本還想能保3:30內就不錯,結果算比預期還好些,大約8K多時跟了一下3:15私團列車,到17.5K上洗手間後就跟不上了,後面20K左右則遇到阿齊,感謝他提供32Gi能量包,讓我多撐了一段里程,到29K左右有感自己速度下滑,於是請阿齊先跑,後面則依自己狀況做調整跑,完賽結果比預期的3:30要好些,只是近來跑者都大大進化了,這成績已經是360多名左右了
