| 自從跑完去年12月初的虎尾烤雞馬,,因為家裡事情和莫名膝蓋筋絡不舒服。就一直耍廢至今。上週臨陣磨槍跑個11K,然後今天就硬著頭皮上陣了,跑完腳很酸,真的沒練啥都沒有🤣!!好消息是找到膝蓋不舒服病症。治療效果也不錯!!然後跑完肚子好餓
