自從1/7卓蘭馬跑完後,左腳小腿內側受傷至今已經一個多月了,一直無法痊癒!這段時間一跑就痛,只能降速緩跑,無法有效自主訓練,體能/肌耐力嚴重衰退!
原本還擔心腳傷可能無法完賽,起跑後跑起來還是會痛,只能緩步前進,
過了約10K後,痛感逐漸減輕,速度可以提升一些,但無法像之前加速,就設定5小時內完賽!
賽後評分: 補給很棒!一路大吃草莓🤣,當然還有其它豐盛的補給品!草莓冰淇淋/草莓海鮮生菜沙拉/啤酒/香腸/荷包蛋/臭豆腐/紅豆紫米粥……等,回程的最後1個補站,竟然還有草莓(冰淇淋)可以吃,吃到很爽!
