吃了止痛藥上場,其實腳已經不太痛了,但自從五月受傷以來,所有的練跑步幅都跨不出去,明明腳也不痛,也不知道之後狀態會不會回來,今天天氣陰陰的感覺應該好跑,本來計畫是430~440穩穩跑完,沒想到這種速度最後還會爆掉,後面兩個休息站還停下來用走的,速度沒了,耐力也沒了,好慘...
