台北市100K:13時36分;全馬PB:3時47分 今天來到杉林溪參加杉林溪森林馬拉松,天氣很好,起跑12度偏低,太陽出來後,跑在太陽下,就顯得溫暖。賽道真的硬,前5公里跑在園區步道(看瀑布),緩上坡緩下坡,就當做是熱身。出了園區,跑在杉林溪道路,往溪頭方向跑,以往都是先苦後甘,這場非常不一樣,整路下坡,現在跑的很開心,但是心中很害怕回程上坡,果然...跑的好累好累,一路數著公路上的12生肖(鼠彎、牛彎....),也好好欣賞這片美麗森林(沒下雨,藍天),大口呼吸滿滿的芬多精負離子。一步一步的跑走,終於回到售票口。賽道最後彎進園區另一個景點(瀑布)繞一圈回到終點,雖然賽道硬,但完賽還是開心。 賽前宣言: 無傷完賽 賽後評分: 補給真的非常普通,賽道硬(先甘後苦)。 給 3 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 116~141 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 141~159 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 159~164 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 164~174 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 174~179 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為179 點此去設定最大心率 |
