| 第一次從頭跟著pacer 跑,跟著430跑,想說跟跟看是否可以輕鬆快樂跑,前半馬跟的算輕鬆,但過了半馬就感覺有點累的感覺了,過了30K已經就隨時要落隊的狀態硬撐了,最後撐到34.8K,就真的放掉了開開始跑跑走走了,最後當然就沒有跑進430,下半年還沒跑進過430內,有點灰心,不知發生了什麼問題,可能要調整一下,加油!!! 賽前宣言: Go 賽後評分: 風景不錯,天氣也好,補給也不錯,吹著海風跑感覺不錯👍 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 114~139 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 139~156 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 156~161 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 161~171 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 171~176 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為176 點此去設定最大心率 |
