| 一早起床發現今天的雨好像比上次渣打馬更大,一開始有點擔心,不過後來到會場後,雨勢有變小,才放心一點點。因為這次6:30才起跑,雖然2點半就起床,那就慢慢吃個早餐再開車去會場,整理一下,也差不多要起跑了!
今天的天氣跟渣打有點類似,本來想試試看調整跑速,前半馬的確都還能在控制範圍內,可是一過了25K發覺有點怪怪,開始有不好的預感出現,果然過了30K,腳已經有微抽的感覺.,只能降速跟休息拉一下再出發,但這抽筋的感覺只有越來越明顯,所以一直想辦法成慢慢跑讓恐怖平衡一直存在,就這樣撐到終點,雖然前半段比渣打好,但後面都還回去了,下次還是要再想一下自己的配速策略!
