跑步就是這麼簡單,戴著號碼布,晶片綁好,出發去會場,只是要早起而已,不到4點坐第一加班捷運! 要這麼早到,當然要3點前起床。上車後發現已經沒位子了,因為今年全馬人數是去年2倍,雖然沒破PB,但也是參加三個高雄全馬中最快了,25k開始抽筋,好幾度當了步兵,降速到6分多速才不會抽起來,後半馬很晒,彎道多大概70個90度彎道,還好只擋了一次紅燈(5k處),美食當前,我事先帶了塑膠袋在30k和35k補給站花了一兩分鐘打包,溫度和彎道和紅綠燈因素,實在不好跑,還有跑者最常說的練不夠啊,我1-10月平均月跑量151km,沒有一個月超過200的。
賽後評分: 擋了一次紅燈(5k處) 均速4:55,被跑者駡,大家儍眼了,應該是鳴槍後半小時交管點放比較合理,五分速配速員站前排,B 區到起跑點也將近一分鐘,等於是要起跑4:40左右配速才能追到330列車,大概只有300個人可以不必在這個路口擋下,當時跑得正順,之後我就降速了,全馬26K後跟半馬匯流補給站沒有分開,6分速內的跑者影響比較大。
