| 天氣涼爽且未落雨又是個破PB的好日子
只是溫度沒有預際來的低
穿錯跑衣跑沒多久就急的找海綿降溫
這次遇到很多認識跑友
都來跑萬金石顯得特別熱鬧
這次有小王的陪跑
讓我前半馬配速穩穩的在兩小解決
跟去年差不多約在27左右開始小腿不適
32K開始撞牆、抽筋到又停下來伸展
最後還是在小王的喊話中努力撐到終點
再度深刻體會到LSD的重要性
最後的10K跑的很累很無力很想放棄
靠著意志力及大家的加油聲再撐
能夠PB真的是賽前不敢想的夢
沒想到這次又前進五分鐘
其實競爭不是與別人爭強爭勝
而是檢討自己的缺失,發現別人的優勢
