無風,無雨,無太陽,也沒有起伏,剛好專心跑。
有過東京馬的經驗,所以一開始就目標先抓430。
只是怕兩個星期的休息還不夠,
所以就先把前半的速度抓在550上,求剛好可以過就好
順便把補給站都給吃一輪。
差折返點還有4k就看到Morse回程了,
不久就看到sub4列車開過,算一下差距,差不多就430
等折返後想辦法不要掉速太多,除了吃補給外都想辦法抓六分速。
在最後五K的牌子前算一下,如果還能六分速,有420的機會,就一直抓前面跑者的背後,讓速度不要掉下來,只是沒想到多了1K,最後的1K真的只能保持不能掉速,還好有達到目標。
下次全馬就等天氣再冷下來吧....
