前半馬速度似乎拉不起來,還好有守住5分速,前半馬剛好104分,原來是因為緩上坡,後半馬速度就拉起來在445左右,30k再稍微放慢速度,35k再開始加速,37k已經守不住5分速,還好最後跟住前面跑者,,進場剛好在330內達標成功。GPS顯示多400公尺,所以可再下調2分鐘.
