2015歐喜爾思高雄單車騎輪節 56K
參加費用只要350元還送車衣,沒有獎牌沒有證明書.
但是沿路有義交,警察指揮交通,補給只有礦泉水還好沿路有7-11可以自行補給.這次騎乘沒有時間限制壓力,可以邊騎邊欣賞風景.但是出發時間8點有點晚.騎完都快中午了.只是沒有獎牌少了點遺憾.希望明年舉辦能有獎牌給大家一點鼓勵 賽前宣言: 12/20 GO! 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 110~134 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 134~151 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 151~156 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 156~165 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 165~170 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為170 點此去設定最大心率 |
