| 今天的賽事一開始跟著甜甜圈跑友,
這車也太快了吧!一下他們就跑走~
我前半馬吃一塊蛋糕(肚子痛起來)
後段我就不敢再吃蛋糕類....
中間上了兩次廁所...
(步行時間15分+靜止時間4分)
到了30公里補給站,拿了麥香奶茶,
一起跑了後段到終點開心呀!!
這次過程也有邊跑邊走狀況,
也擔心腳踝狀況,手錶心率顯示有問題,
還停下來幾次調整手錶,以後就不管它,
最後成績雖然沒有預期目標內,
至少無傷完賽~這次沒有破PB~
