終於跑台北一圈了,這路線還不錯,比我上次騎自行車還順,只是太久沒跑這麼遠,跑了20幾公里就開始累了,真是糟榚,幸好上星期沒去跑百k,否則會被k得滿頭包吧...60公里跑7小時,40公里再跑7小時..應該也不是不可能,但狀況不好,這樣跑,應該會受傷...昨天跑到最後,也腿軟了,覺得膝蓋有點不勝負荷的感覺...感覺最近狀況真的不好,從今天開始要多練一些了...
