| 今天七早八早凌晨兩點半就起床準備凌晨四點奮起湖超馬
秉良哥載我和郭老師和許老師和傑哥一起會場,沒想到一到會場遇到熟人阿哥們都以為我跑100公里,我說沒有唷我只有50公里、他們就說練那麼跑50你確定對得起自己腳程嗎
一起跑我就按造自己節奏慢慢跑也慢慢聆聽自己身體狀況、中途又跟認識阿哥和阿姐們聊天、我就繼續跑自己的,跑到快到折返三公里看到秉良哥腳程穩穩咬住前面跑者,我心想前半馬我跑到好厭世唷、跟秉良哥打氣完後來看到傑哥也打氣完,我就在按造自己腳步跑、後來看到雜貨店我就去買啤酒喝、去買兩次啤酒,喝完舒服多了、很多阿哥們我這位鳥弟越來越變態了越來越快了。於是我就按造自己配速慢慢跑和節奏跑也順順利利在六小時08分回來終點。
