難得跑平路馬,本來高標設定在3:40,過25K之後就放棄了。最後7K時,還有機會破PB,但腳抽筋的老毛病又來了,最後只剩保四成功。
前半馬跑的很順,但可能也太快了,跑完21K才1:43:XX,跟我之前半馬的最佳記錄差不多。加上太陽很不給面子,果然過半馬之後開始爆了,下半場幾乎都是跑六分速。到35K時,想說如果可以用六分速跑完後面的里程,也還可以破PB。結果事與願違,先從腳趾頭開始抽筋,接下來換小腿,只好一直放慢速度,讓女總三、四、五、六, 一個一個把我輾過去......最後破PB也放棄了,保四就好了
