11馬-南投馬拉松/分組三
順利達預期高標,喜孜孜。
現在都有賽前給自己目標的習慣,但因為練習還是有點鬆散,(兩個周末沒有甚麼把握到,這周又被生理期和專討打亂,也沒好好練劍),出發前給自己的目標跟太魯閣一樣,高標4:30/低標5:00完賽。
起跑的時候溫度加上遮蔭,跑起來非常的順~~~一度還均速在5'1x,雖然有個瞬間猶豫了是否要降速,但考慮到最近都有25k後的撞牆期(因為練太少),還是先把握前面的速度感好了。
算是順順跑著前半馬,但後面的上坡還是忍不住步兵了,折返後順順下坡跑,30k開始感覺到自己開始有點體力不支(明顯掉速中),35k後更是崩潰得走走跑跑(又熱死了),有時候心裡都想堅持跑個3k後再走一下,卻往往在跑個1k後就忍不住得走著。
第一次自己完成一場全馬,十馬後的自我成長?!呵呵。自己幫自己配速,達到自己的預期目標,覺得成就感滿滿^___^。撞牆期有延後到35k了,還是練得太少,希望往後可以更好。
