經過連續兩個禮拜完全沒奔跑,賽前果然是有點不安,覺得好像已經完全忘記怎麼跑步了,而且覺得肌力有點退化,不知道是不是心理作用?前一天晚上晚餐後直奔宜蘭民宿,很幸運忙到前幾天才訂房訂車票都行順利,連老闆都願意來接送,,連早餐都先幫忙準備好,算是賽前比較令人安心的一件事。
一早起收拾行李前往會場,看到160K的跑友還在奮戰中,覺得實在太強了,此時天氣很涼爽,不過感覺白天就要出大太陽了,所以今天還是穿了背心,改戴袖套和手套,結果果然起跑還沒一圈就不冷了,手套脫掉繼續跑。這場比賽的路線是20K共五圈,想到就覺得累,不過前一圈半跑得都蠻順的,涼爽的天氣跑13以下的速度覺得還很輕鬆,可惜30K後腿兒就有點狀況了,完全跟去年超馬嘉年華12h一樣,所以就持續降速,雖然跑完全馬距離大約3:45,不過後面幾乎都跑跑走走了。跑溫三圈後進場休息吃點晚餐後又繼續趕路,再來的策略就是跑1.5走500再蹲下拉拉腿,就這樣持續了兩圈,原本希望可以12h內完賽,可惜真的力不從心有體力沒腿力,可以完賽就很不錯囉!看了一下12h跑得距離大概也跟那次差不多,果然是狀況一模一樣爛啊。
這場比賽除了個人狀況不好之外,補給每5K一次也是有點距離,常常跑到口乾舌燥還沒到補給站,後來乾脆拿一瓶水在手上,不然應該會被渴死吧,中間有一段時間太陽很大,好像還一度水不夠,也是有點誇張。今天天氣也有點怪異,一下晴天一下有雲,一下冷一下熱,一下有風一下又沒風,跑起來也是有點不太適應。好吧其實沒有什麼特別的心得要說,畢竟自己真的練太少了,但初百K成績爛一點以後才有破pb的機會啊,咦等等,我記得昨天跑完好像說都不要再報名100的賽事了,我想到時候再說吧。最後要感謝昨天團腸親自補給,感謝各位辛苦的志工,還要感謝泳霈哥讓我搭個便車,跑完100還要開車真的很累啊!
