太馬
雖然是在家鄉舉辦..但是我沒有主場優勢..
這禮拜三出差去台中,11/7子時才回到花蓮..
睡了3個半小時..不過這條路跑了滿多次了..
只是今年的燕子口沒開放..改成跑山洞.
折返點竟然沒到天祥..只有到天祥隧道出口..
折反前上坡多,就慢慢跑..之後下坡多加了速..
後半補給站都只有水、舒跑跟維他露P,所以有點餓的感覺..
終點追了一個人,所以心跳標很高..跑完忘了按停..
去年沒參加所以無法比較,明年沒意外的話應該還是會參加吧..衝著太魯閣封路才參加的..
