田中馬拉松, 令人感動的馬拉松賽事, 真的是人情味破表、補給也很紮實,種類眾多且可口!
不過前半馬兩道好漢波可說是把沒練過山路、很少做重訓(深蹲)的我澈底擊潰,在山路中自己的股四頭肌與小腿後側肌肉一直抽動,快要抽筋似的;而後半馬只要跑起來,過了不久馬上感受到股四頭肌乳酸堆積,只能跑跑停停當步兵(這應該就是爆掉了吧)。
練習不足的我原本還天真的期待作為初馬的田中馬能夠SUB4,隨著自己的步兵狀態依舊,我知道這個夢想已離我遠去,最後只能把握4:30內完賽,全馬果真不是半馬乘以二而已,未來還有很大的進步空間,繼續加油!
