休息一段時間
臨時抱佛腳
還是艱難完成
跑量還是要有
賽前一晚先到會場紮營
看著許多人在中庭聚著
我帶著幾瓶啤酒坐在外圍聆聽著
不知不覺也同豐原慢跑大哥們小酌
高粱 威士忌 啤酒 真糜爛 但開心
隔天帶著宿醉起跑
半夢半醒間跑20公里左右人才醒
放輕鬆及為自己加油是動力來源
沿路補給站還算不錯
後半段更好有熱湯
40公里後天氣也熱起來
也數度小小為自己降溫
50公里後看到人家折返很羨慕人家
左手開始痠了 兩邊嘎吱窩燒當了
到轉換站簡單擦拭換衣服和失掉的鞋子
一路上視野只有稻田 有機肥料場
跟跑山比起來很磨心志
空氣不是挺好
65公里後我大腿快到達極限
70公里 想坐車念頭出現
音樂也不聽了
就是看時間還早慢慢推進
之後每5公里就是在看有沒有回收車座
每每回頭後面沒什麼人
只有前方還有人
而志工也沿途為我加油
也挺感人
跑跑走走就是提醒自己不要停下來
後半段很感謝兩位戰友不離不棄
久久跑一次當作是心靈洗滌還不錯
百公里還是要有基本跑量
剩3個月下一場要來了
