今天練習本來要跑21k的,結果在14k多處水泡就痛到無法維持原來速度,只好慢下來用走的,後面走走跑跑,但只要跑,水泡就好痛(結果共有兩顆大水泡,一顆小水泡),最後考量大家要等我很久,加上下星期的田中馬,只好搬就兵,道路救援,坐回收車回去跟大家會合了,最近真是受水泡困擾,每次跑必起水泡。(╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻
