就想說120km也只不過是多了20km
其實這種想法是錯的,20km在人相當虛弱時
根本就是壓垮駱駝的最後一根稻草
這就和跑半馬時想進入全馬的境界一樣
不是x2就可以了
特別是在傍晚開跑,要克服睡眠是一大問題
沒特別去練夜跑果然是無法克服此問題
晚上約12點果然睡意就來了
也只能慢慢的跑,頭腦還算是清醒
但清晨4點多時,整個人就如同行屍走肉
連走都很不舒服,更別說跑了
此時也是80k低標處,讓人真的想放棄算了
