| 要出發來綠島前一晚星期五要開會,開完會回到家快9點又接到家人電話說媽媽人不舒服,我立刻叫了救護車趕回台南,到醫院媽人不舒服到都沒睜開眼看我也沒理我,經過一番檢查,媽因感染而發燒需住院觀察,因疫情醫院也規定只固定一人可陪病,經商量由爸爸在醫院陪媽媽,我辦好住院手續等爸爸來,我回到高雄家已經12點了,趕緊整理行李,路跑比較重要把跑步要帶的先整理好,結果早上換衣服時才發現沒帶襪子,又再度沒穿襪子跑全馬😄😄,第一圈有下小雨天氣還算舒適,第二圈🌞上工了,真的名附其實的火燒島真的快燒起來了,最後一次辦賽事了,幸運撿到分1平安順利完賽 賽後評分: 旅跑不錯的賽事 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 112~136 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 136~153 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 153~159 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 159~168 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 168~173 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為173 點此去設定最大心率 |
