新北市kjs666 去程已跑完隧道,上坡途中 二度挑戰五分山,今天路線略微改變,開跑沒多久就一路緩坡上到基福隧道,跑出後折返再進隧道,感覺隧道很長,有跑不完的感覺,之後一路緩上直到五分山氣象站,中途有緩走約三分鐘,上到氣象站已花了2小時22分,比預定多花了12分鐘,今天狀況真的不是很好!隨後就是一連串的下坡,還好下坡有守住,回程小幅度的緩坡,緩走也約三分鐘,最後7公里一路往下直衝終點,抓了點時間回來,最終還是有守住四小時內,原本這次預估四小時左右,因為個人感覺狀況不好,還好這次並未有抽筋現象,肌耐力略微進步,但總體還是比去年多跑約五分鐘,盡力了,明年再戰😆
