台南郭文全 週五工作扭傷臀步到腰部筋絡,走路都會痛!原想棄賽,但還能動就不想放棄,晚上貼著藥膏盼望著週六能好轉(你以為吃仙丹喔!)。照原計畫規劃了兩天一夜的北大武之旅出發,到達會場痛點還是痛的,但腎上腺素飆起來似乎沒那麼痛了!跑吧!打這赤腳帶著ㄚ拖6點一到就跑了出去還跑在前面真的不知死活!今天大家似乎是來玩的,認真跑的沒幾個!ㄚ咧~~那就看風景順順跑,北大武之門過後路面有的就很不好,拿起ㄚ拖換著穿,新登山口前1K路面爛到不行都是尖的石頭,從此之後都穿ㄚ拖應戰,痛點在比賽的過程偶爾會痛,但並沒有造成很大的影響,新登山口到舊登山口是此賽事的精華,讓你大口吸氣喘到不行,痛都不曉得跑到哪裡去了?到舊登山口折返都是下坡穿著ㄚ拖順順的滾下山,來到沿山公路又是日正當中,沒帶傘!被烤的半生不熟~~還好山神保佑讓我完成賽事。
