賽前在網路上找這條路線的資料,在Google地圖的街景照中先了解地形狀況,覺得沒有比風櫃嘴硬,可以好好跑一跑。六點半才起跑,太陽早已高高掛在天空,約2.5K一個水站,補給應該是不用擔心。起跑後,按照自己的配速跑,前半程21k 1:56,依然照著配速,感覺良好,後半程開始,下坡上坡坡度較大,越跑越吃力,發現小腿肚痠痛無比,這才驚覺上週風櫃嘴路線的"餘毒"尚未消除啊!怎麼辦?降些速度慢慢爬升,到30K大下坡,想追回一些時間,沒想到使不上力,不敢跑快,真是糟糕!33K折返,狀況沒改善,龜速前進,甚至當了步兵,只好跑跑走走,一路不斷想著激勵自己的話,不斷和自己對話,終於撐到下了山,剩最後4K的平路,速度回升,爬上最後一個好漢坡,抵達終點,結果後半程21K,竟花了2:28,連續兩週跑這硬的山路馬,果然腳力還沒練到那麼強,以後要慎選場次了。
參加過兩次南投辦的馬拉松賽,一個是中潭公路馬,一個是八卦山馬,沿路補給之豐盛不必多言,光講成績證明就好,人抵達終點不到3秒,成績證明就印好送到你手上,真的是太優了!要給他們大力稱讚啊!!!
