第一次連馬,只能用痛苦來形容。上星期陽明山造成大腿爆炸雖然好得差不多了,但是腳掌不適仍然持續纏著我不放,所以今天的策略就是慢慢跑忍受不了就當步兵,只是這樣仍然跑得很痛苦就是了。
北宜公路上下坡不比陽明山,算是滿緩和的,不過今天又是大太陽,熱到炸開來,中間一度打赤膊,後來有點兒涼意才又套上。至於10K一個補給站我覺得很ok,畢竟有帶些小東西和水在身上跑起來就沒什麼後顧之憂了。
賽道最後的跑馬古道我覺得是整段最有趣的地方,越野反而腳掌就沒什麼感覺了,整個飛奔下山,這段是我超越最多人的地方了吧,然後就這樣一路跑到終點,已經一堆人回來了,我只覺得我的腳終於解脫了,管他成績怎麼樣XD
今天在會場體驗冰敷,不知道效果如何,明天跑舒跑杯就知道啦!想到下星期繼續連馬,不知道該哭還是該笑,就盡力破PW吧!
