桃園JANY WANG 沒熱情直接影響了企圖心,不想跑ll
這麽多全馬了。
只要沒練夠就是退步,哎!有點落默,退步7分鐘還是有心理因素,就是我很沒企圖心,總體來説今年跑的比較輕鬆就是了,沒像去年那樣賣命,後段都是維持節奏跑。
比較了一下,這次步頻都維持在190以上,上次卻是只有180左右,有點奇怪,這次的前半程上坡均速都在6分7分之間(跟平時跑石門一樣沒比較快,石門不努力,這裡就更沒長進空間了),而後面16公里竟然順跑也有比上次快一點點,上次的印相是跑到魂飛天了,這次有幾個水站沒進也是比較快的原因,而且沒抽筋,這次跑的比較均速,哈哈,加油了!
