人生第五馬 #台灣馬拉松 入袋 可是跑得粉慘烈 如果拿 ubike 做比喻 以前全馬都有開到三檔 這次只開得到二檔 而且爬了幾段坡 到二十幾公里的時候右後大腿抽筋 直接坐在快速道路上劈腿拉筋 站起來後只能跑到一檔 最後 4 公里才迴光返照 小拉到二檔那樣, 只能說連跑兩週全馬真是累爆了!
賽前宣言: 人生第五馬與第四馬只隔一週,希望不要受傷又能破pb,哈哈哈!
