新竹李君唐 1. 第十馬。其實是個適合跑馬的天氣,沒這場沒跑好,沒sub4就是不及格。GPS記錄超過42.195 @@"
2. 前10k速度相當快而且蠻輕鬆的,接下來肚子突然痛起來(拉肚子那種),加上8~16k左右都是大逆風,身體一冷就爆掉了。肚子痛對精神和肉體的折磨真的很巨大。
3. 通過半馬後右腳小姆指長了一個很大的水泡,就這樣踩著它跑完,真的是非常痛。
4. 雖然涼爽但還是流非常多汗,到35k開始有抽筋現象。只能步兵交錯。
4. 結果名次意外的還有總排前100名!
5. 補給還不錯,有啤酒就是滿分!大概喝了兩罐350
6. 主辦單位找來的妹子工作人員都相當優啊!
7. 補給每個人發一個環保杯其實很不錯,但要抓一個東西在手上真的很麻煩也不舒服(該買腰帶的意思)
