1. 我是很認真的在跑步;
2. TNF50 成績比去年慢25分,排名比去年好10名。有點傷心,可以輸給別人,不能輸給時間;
3. 補給又出問題,在和美山吃樓梯吃到昏,以為半壺水夠我在河濱吃到飽喝,結果大大失策,10點多的河濱真的不是已經跑了40k的半脫水疲憊身體可以承受的...我在河濱爆超大(不過也沒被什麼人輾過倒是真的)
4. 轉換帶未免太晚到了,我只好直接找品牌老大攔路抗議。阿伯不是混假的,我從不找第一線人員麻煩,出問題的是決策者,沒必要搞工讀生.
