想不到第一次挑戰越野路跑就是超馬
進紅河谷前的公路還能跟上小明哥和Timmy
山徑路段其實還蠻有趣的
只是下坡時狂滑倒,瞬間被一堆人超車
剛從華克山莊出發時還感覺OK
想不到因為吃太多東西
(雞精、威德、仙草蜜、綠豆湯、西瓜、鳳梨...)
結果跑沒多久就開始肚子痛
勉強撐到找到一間廟去解放後
整個人戰意全消,再也跑不起來了
轉和美山的入口直接到全家買沙士邊走邊喝
最後的自行車道更是從頭走到尾
事實證明越級打怪果然太辛苦了
還是要準備充足才能挑戰自我
