基本訓練
第一場越野超馬,果然不是我想像全馬多個8km這麼簡單,第一段山徑準備1公升的水,心想紅河谷到華克山莊不過16km,應該措措有餘,沒想到山徑所需的補水量,讓我喝完還不夠,一到華克山莊,有如難民狂喝三瓶泰山仙草蜜,三個餐包,才繼續往前,但是災難從後半段才開始,因為吃太多,消化不量,後半段,走路比跑步還多,尤其太陽持續發威,這個時候心理非常敬佩100km的選手,就在一路被無數的跑者碾過後,狼狽不堪的爬回終點,真是刻苦銘心的一場越野超馬,應該是比我的初馬還壯烈的一場初越野超馬。
賽前宣言: 第一次參加長距離的山徑越野馬拉松。期待百分百。
