去年跑到中暑 破了PW 所以今年再來一次 XD
結果沒想到昨天晚上吃到壞掉的奇異果,整天晚上胃好難過,9點多就在床上翻到快12點才睡著,然後三點就起床開車去會場
因為怕跑到一半肚子痛,所以今天只喝運動飲料、水跟香蕉(不過還有其他補給品嗎? 0.0),另外就是自備能量膠。
大概因為去年太爛了,所以大家都去鳳凰谷賞鳥(不過聽說鳳凰谷被罵翻了?)今天非常好跑,感覺大家都跑好快,連百馬團半馬都只花220... 因此我很清楚後面一定會爆,只是前面感覺新的跑姿很順,想了一下乾脆測試一下新跑姿可以撐多久,23K時感覺肚子餓,停下來走一下吃能量膠,吃完沒多久又遇到24K的水站,在停來下吃個香蕉。過折返點後大概33K時,右小腿開始感覺小抽,停下來拉拉筋,想不到快35K整個抽起來,開始跑跑走走,幸好水站有噴劑,噴一噴後只能慢慢跑了。撐到40K時左小腿也抽了,這下只能更慢慢跑走,但是最悲慘的是41K時連左腳的股二頭肌也GG了QQ只好慢慢走到42K,最後200m再慢慢的跑回終點
結論: 雖然知道應該會爆,不過也真的有點慘,不過這也算合理,看來只能多練核心肌群了!
賽前宣言: 聽說這也是一年熱一年冷的比賽,所以今年可以換冷的天氣了嗎?
