抵達會場的時候停車停很遠,帽子忘了在車上,在會場想到已經不想走那一趟去拿了。今天天氣很好,太陽公公很賞臉,又熱又累還沒帽子遮,22-28 走多跑少~過三十之後才慢慢恢復正常~ 跑起來肚子會餓,熱量食物不太夠,香蕉一直到十五公里才出現,不過還算 ok 啦~ 至少飲料、冰塊很充裕。
