今年萬金石出乎意料來了個無雨陰涼天,跑的非常舒服。跑的時候一直專注在兩腳出力的平衡,果然兩腳的腳底都沒事,雖然左腳小腿有個痛點在8公里時準時發作,左腳膝蓋也在14公里左右準時發作,但是不舒服的狀態在很短的時間就消失,前10公里將速度控制在5分左右,10k後慢慢一點速度,很順利的用105分鐘完成半馬,後半程就看能撐多久是多久,想不到5分速可以撐到約34k,然後被金山的m字地形擊敗,還好上坡小碎步的戰略奏效,讓腳沒有太疲累,最後出隧道時還能加速衝刺,沒有抽筋。雖然沒有破PB,但是這3個月因為要養傷,練跑量都不到100K,能跑這樣已經是非常意外而且很滿足了。
