台南changchiateng 104.03.15 第16場全馬~台南市古都馬拉松,雖然是清晨6點起跑,但比起上星期的高雄馬,似乎又更熱了一些,後半馬幾乎都是在豔陽下奮戰><
記取上星期的教訓,這次的前半馬配速就較謹慎些,一直維持在5分速左右,20K時左腳中指有點抽筋,還好不影響我的速度,後來到了30K後右大腿側似乎開始不聽話,還好降低速度慢慢跑,再把它壓了下來,最後6K跑起來就很順,不過天氣真的很熱,心想3月中旬跑馬拉松,怎麼氣溫業快飆破30度。
