2021台南後壁馬拉松
原本打算用來做為高雄馬前調整的一場賽事,結果兩場都延期了,之後也忘了延到何時!直到兩週前才發現原來是延到今天,也來不及做什麼調整或準備了!
起跑時大約24度,陰天有點熱,但至少不曬。
最近幾個月很少跑強度,因此決定配4:50-5:00 / km。起跑後,前方有個配330的集團,因為速度拉不上去,因此不打算硬追,跑自己的配速就好,前半馬約102分鐘完成。
可能是補給沒安排好,35k後雖然不累,但就感覺使不上力,也開始掉速,只能維持在5:20 / km左右。最後兩公里剛好杉哥追上來一起打氣, 才沒有繼續軟爛下去,勉強趕在330內完賽!
晶片完賽時間3:29:14,總19/ 分9!
本日補給:能量膠2條(15k、30K吃掉)、BCAA一包(26k吞掉),其餘只喝了3-4杯舒跑。可能要再多補一些香蕉或蛋糕之類才夠?!
