新北市CB 完賽獎牌好像項鍊 堅持很難,放棄更難。
為了挑戰這場山馬,有名的"雙膝硬化馬",
1月練太勤而傷了腳,賽前已停跑1週。
但怎麼一休息就感冒了,這是什麼狀況?
清晨出門前,老婆一再叮嚀:不要勉強。
其實我比較擔憂的是...會落馬
櫻花開了,補給超讚。
下雨天又濕又冷,山上又起了霧,
但仍阻擋不了大家跑馬的熱血,
為了不要撲街,小心的踩穩每一步。
山上櫻花開了,可惜下雨沒拿手機跑,
補給站每隔3k就有,東西豐盛不缺乏,
我還看到有高梁酒ㄟ @@ 有人喝嗎?
眼框泛紅完賽,啟動企鵝走路模式。
跑到32K腿快抽筋,真的好想棄賽。
最後紅著眼框開進終點,太感動了!
廢話一堆,終究難逃變成企鵝走路,
