| 為什麼跑超馬就要烙賽啦.... 跑了幾k就想上廁所,等廁所還等了好久… 早知道前一天就不要吃那麼多了… T_T
早上起跑的天氣沒有想像中的冷,但真的好黑喔!!
前面20k的長上坡,過10幾k後就沒力了,開始跑跑走走。(其實是走很大,小楊哥快受不了我了.... XDD)
好不容易到宇老了,一路7k的下坡好開心,但心裡也一面想著,等下折返這7k上坡怎麼辦… 哈哈哈 果然走很大啊~~ 腳沒力了嘛~~~
回程雖然都是下坡了,但是跑起來也好累人… 尤其30幾k時,突然下腳時膝蓋外側在抽痛… 當下我真的嚇到了,難道這是itbs ? 當下也不敢停,因為一慢下來,抽痛無力的感覺更明顯。尤其進水站後要再起跑的那幾下,真的很酸痛… 所以回程都不敢停下來走,一路只能跟自己對話,"就剩幾K了,都撐到這邊了,沒有理由現在放棄停下來…" 就這樣,一路跑回終點… 回程心裡的OS,應該是我這輩子以來,鼓勵自己不要放棄最多、最認真的一次吧! 哈哈哈哈
